These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of growthaugment.com, its subdomains, research indexes, editorial coverage, podcasts, newsletters, and any forms or tools we make available (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Growth Augment (“Growth Augment,” “we,” “us”).

By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Our indexes, benchmarks, scores, and articles are research and editorial commentary. They are produced from publicly available signals, our own measurements, and interviews, and they are published for general information only.

Nothing on the Services is financial, legal, investment, tax, or professional advice, and nothing constitutes an endorsement, certification, or guarantee about any firm, person, or product. Rankings reflect our methodology at a point in time and may change as data, methodology, or coverage changes.

We work to be accurate, but we do not warrant that any figure, score, ranking, or statement is complete, current, or error-free. If you believe we have published something inaccurate about your firm, contact us and we will review it.

You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Services except as permitted by our robots directives; resell or redistribute our indexes or datasets as your own; misrepresent an index placement or score; interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or our infrastructure; or use the Services to break any law.

We may suspend or block access to anyone who violates these terms or degrades the Services for others.

When you submit a form — a site for review, a show application, a newsletter signup, or an email to the desk — you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it.

Submitting a form does not obligate us to respond, cover you, publish anything, or feature you in a show or index. Placement in any index or piece of coverage is always an editorial decision made by the desk.

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

If you take part in an interview, screening call, recording, or on-camera site review, you grant Growth Augment the right to record it and to use, edit, publish, and distribute the resulting material across our own channels and third-party platforms, including podcast and video platforms.

Any separate written release you sign for a specific recording controls over this section for that recording.

The Services — including our name, marks, index methodologies, scores, written content, designs, and code — are owned by Growth Augment or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may quote short excerpts of our published coverage or cite an index result for commentary, news reporting, or research, provided you attribute Growth Augment and link to the original page. Any other reproduction, republication, or commercial use requires our written permission.

Third-party names, logos, and marks appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes only.

The Services link to third-party sites and platforms we do not control, including podcast and video platforms. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services, including any index or piece of coverage, at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth Augment and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Services — including reliance on any index, score, benchmark, or article.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Growth Augment and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your submissions, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
